Old board mill on the eastern end of chaudiere island. Access from chaudiere bridge. We've been looking at this site for a while.

They're building a condo right in front of it, not sure how hard that makes exploring it now. Might be able to sneak around if you're careful enough
Regarding the parking, as a construction worker myself, I talked to a few of the guys there. They're just using it as a lot to get to a nearby site. I'm assuming it's one of Zibi's projects. They have nothing to do with the mill.
I came across the vulture last night. Didn't see it, but the hissing was enough to make me turn around and find another POE.
Went in briefly today, planning a return. As states by Blaze_Masta, there is a vulture. It was white, meaning likely a baby, and it hissed at us. There are other POEs, and I won't disclose them of give them away, but I strongly suggest using one of those. If the mom vulture happens to be home while you pass by the baby, it could end out being a lot worse than just having a scared baby hiss at you.
Went in yesterday for a quick look. Entrance hasn't changed except a vulture seems to have made it's nest near one entrance and a baby was spotted to be careful for that. Nothing has changed inside, they are still debating if they want to renovate or demolish. About the cars going in and out, the parking seems to be as far as they go.
From what I can see and understand, the bottom floor is under construction now, there are constantly security cars going by and cars in the lot.
I've been in this place 3 times. It is so hard to get in now. Last time I tried me and my friend got chased because of all the traffic going by and the new parking spots outside the building. Not going back for a loooong time even though I really wanna go back ?? It's a really cool building. Worth getti in trouble for
Ok it's because you're a new member then, you can write something up and message me. I'll post it up on your behalf.
I do not have this option... here is what it looks like for me: http://i.imgur.com/kKIXDsF.jpg
Blaze do you have the option to request the GPS for this location? If you do, then click on that and that should allow you to edit the description afterwards. The comments issue has been fixed. It also can be that you're a brand new member.
Oh and when I hit edit location I get a response saying that I do not have permissions to edit this location...
This might seem weird but hum yea now I see comments but when I posted this earlier today, I couldn't see comments (not even my own...)
Although, you might be limited as to what you can edit as a basic member..
If you can't see comments yet how were you able to write this? Are you high Blaze Masta? LoL Once you've registered you can see the comments. Everything you need is on the left side of this page. 'Create Photo Gallery' and 'Edit Location' if you want to add anything notable to the locations description or add any hazards to the list.
Alright so uhm I'm new to this website, I have explored this building and now I'd like to add some information on here like a description of the location and more importantly a list of the hazards in this building so other explorers don't make the same mistakes as I have but I can't seem to find how. I can't see comments yet (new member remember) so if you have an answer to my questions PM me
How much do you wanna bet that the cameras are broken and there just there to scare people
This place was probably one of the most challenging to get inside, also probably one of the most dangerous. No wonder this place is so packed with security.
I checked it out today. it seems they've beefed up security. Demtar really has this place locked down.
Infiltrated this with my friends during the summer. We found a way to get in undetected by climbing down to the rocks near Vertical Reality (which is a whole other location) then making your way though, climbing up huge cement walls and getting in the same entrance near the gate, without actually going through the gate.
Good thinking. Hate to see little splinter mills pop up across the river!
