As mentioned it was torn down and now there's a Timmies and a gas station there

Since it's impossible to get coordinates on here for some reason, it's at 42.317915, -83.038204, not the coordinates on the map

Not that I know of. I haven't been to Ottawa yet but I do plan on going soon. When I do I'll for sure let you know. I'll probably post them when I find them

I'm not sure. There wasn't anything on the property indicating it's for sale.
