A small lake house located next to Sandy Beach which is just down the road from Chippewa Park. Unfortunately this place longer exists. I was there today and noticed it had been torn down very recently.

Question, I'm curious. How can you tell this property is abandon and not rarely used? I have a close friend who has a camp in this condition that he uses less than 8 times a year, very small and ill-kept, but not abandon by any means.
