I have been informed that this place has been Demolished. I'm not 100% sure if they were talking about the same place, but just a heads up in case you go.
Went to the place and it was right off a busy road, lots and lots of cars drive by. When I was taking Pictures out front, a neighbor approached me. He told me that the place is awesome but to be very careful inside as he fell through the attic level. He also said that there is this one other neighbor that doesn't like people in the area and often tells them to leave. Great place!

Most people have better things to do than to look out their window at an eyesore across the street, also most people that have a house facing a major road will keep their blinds/curtains closed so that people can't see into their house.
Parked behind the abandoned house down the road (boarded up tight), explored this and another abandoned house nearby that is easy to access but is watched by neighbours. This hotel is probably one of my favorite places that I've explored so far. Explored both floors, just be mindful where you step!
Is it watched by the neighbours? I know from the Streetview, there is a few houses around.
I've never seen a vehicle parked there, Google Street View images are also from 2009 and the building appears less boarded up than it is now. It's a nice place to visit, but be mindful of where you step, there are a lot of holes and I'm suspicious of the first and second floor's integrity.
Google street view shows 3 vehicles parked in the yard. Looks like a nice place to visit.
@diehard: Of course! This site is great, since they show a lot of public locations that UER doesn't. It also let's me add locations that don't yet exist, and photos of my locations :)
One of a few hotels along the old Highway 16 (now part of the extended Prince of Wales). This place was abandoned when I was riding my bike along HWY 16 more than 30 years ago. How it has survived demolition this long has always been a mystery to me.
