This location is slated for demolition, as it was selected on Dec 3rd, 2016 as the new location for the Civic Hospital, so visit while you can. The large tower that was once part of it was demolished in 2013-2014 for a cost of 4.8 million dollars (much less than the 57 million required to fix it. This wing was once a large cafeteria, and seems to have been a popular meeting spot. Many windows have been broken and subsequently boarded up, I was unable to find a non-destructive means of entry in my quick first visit, but once you get up to the balcony and roof sections, the large glass wall gives a view in. It also has a view of the nearby arboretum and other sections of the experimental farm. I have seen a few cameras, unsure of them being functional, however there is an active construction style wireless internet reciever installed (for cameras?). More info to come (hopefully).

Unfortunately, the last of this building has been completely demolished as of around 4/05/22. Definitely was a super cool place to hang out back before they started really cracking down on the security with alarms and such.
