Sideline 28 Ranch w. Indoor Pool

One of my favorite explores. Sadly, this location was demolished in Spring 2011; another victim of the Pickering airport. This ranch style house sat way back from the road, surrounded by a pond, picturesque stream, and a small barn. The owners clearly had renovation plans for this house, which were halted and... abandoned.

The house was purchased by a family in 1969 as a bankruptcy sale. The family put a lot of work into the property such as renovations, stream and pond rehab, built a barn, created gardens, etc.
