About this location
Large farmhouse on Woodbine, north of Farr Avenue. Not a particularly old place, but abandoned and left to rot. Roof has several holes and a few broken windows. This appears to be working farm, and although the gate is open, there is a large No Trespassing sign front and centre. I could see a few access points from my roadside survey, will return in the near future to take advantage.

Passed by yesterday, the house is currently being demolished - backhoe on site and north side of house was already gone. Back buildings still standing.
The house is now completely boarded up, but as Neuff said, the back shops are still active. Kinda weird and creepy. Has the feel of a meth lab, or a marijuana grow-op. Ha!
House is full of mold from an indoor pool. Its ready to fall over. Back shops are rented and used everyday. Active security on site.

The back buildings are still there but the do appear to be occasionally used.
