Noticed this place well out and about today and stopped in to do a little POE recon. Found what I was looking for and will be going back for some more interior shots over the next few days. Hopefully i will find some evidence that will hint to the time of abandonment and who the previous residents were.
All and all it's a really nice spot with a cute little horse barn and lovely paddocks. The house feels very cold and damp and shows signs of water damage in the basement. Has a pool and tennis court but the pool has been back filled (they left the water slide for some reason). No vandalism at this point so let's all keep our fingers crossed it stays that way.

For what it's worth I added the photo's I took yesterday, it's still abandoned and locked up tighter than fort knox. The winds were topping at 30km and it was -2 out so I didn't venture down to the stable, beautiful property tho, what a shame.
