Butterfly Migration Shack

this poor sucker ended up buying this property while it was cheaper and planed to built an estate property on the lot. once he had his assets in-line he went to get the permits. unfortunately when doing so he found out that he was unable to build in the location due to it being classified as a Butterfly Migration zone. because of this he is unable to sell the property all that remains is the Shack he live in For a few years.

I added the TTC bus stop just cause its a little down the street but this is Moffat, which is no where near the GTA

Had been on my map but it didn’t look like too promising of a location but decided to check it out as I was in the area. Parked at the trail access and walked 10ft then saw it. 2 walls are left standing, and the roof is barely hanging on, inside is a pile of material. However, something interesting is that the person who owned this property who got screwed by the city out of building a house on the land may have got his way. As when I was there a large portion of the forest beside the shack had been cleared and graveled, signaling that a building most likely a house will be built there soon. There was a kombucha bottle from last year so this construction may be imminent.
