Hogarth LAW, The descendants of George HOGARTH and Elizabeth "Widow Hogarth" WASHINGTON (emigrants from Westmoreland, England to Solina/Hampton c1834) include the following twelve sons and their destination throughout Ontario:
- Henry HOGARTH, born July 13, 1810; settled at Scarborough (Junction), Ontario.
- George HOGARTH, born February 5, 1812; settled at Tillsonburg, Ontario.
- William HOGARTH, born June 2, 1814; settled at Tillsonburg, Ontario.
- Daniel HOGARTH, born September 7, 1816; settled at Pilchard Town, Solina, Ontario.
- John HOGARTH, born April 18, 1819; settled at London and later St. Mary's.
- Stephen HOGARTH, born June 30, 1822; settled at Pilchard Town, Solina, Ontario (died January 22, 1914 at 92 years of age).
- Septimus HOGARTH, born March 20, 1825; settled at Exeter, Ontario. ........................................................................................................................................... The covered veranda and a present peak were not original , see link. This red brick Victorian house was built in 1874 by Daniel Hogarth and remains in good condition today.

Canucks747 - Yes. The 407 expropriation report shows these 3 properties as being purchased for demolition. Interesting Fact; "Strike 2" is actually the "Daniel Hogarth House". Designated as historical. But sadly will still be demolished...

Strike two is still standing, someone's been cutting the grass. Very cool house, love the stairs off the kitchen !
