Dry Rot Cabin

Log home with guest house. It is for sale (Power of Sale).

The house suffers from severe dry rot. It also has a gun range behind. There are warning signs about the range at the back of the property. When I was there, it sounded like I was at the edge of a war zone.

In spite of the low price, I suspect the property will not sell due to the dry rot and the gun club.

I could not get into the main house, but the guest house is open. There is also a convenient spot where one can park with their car hidden behind the guest house.
