Sorry we have no location for this house. Its on Hwy 42 (Nova Scotia Line) just before you get to Port Burwell, on the right side of the road if you are coming from St Thomas. It is hidden in a lot of trees, so you really have to keep your eyes open for it. If we happen to drive by again, I'll look for a 911 number. I didn't get many inside pictures, since I went alone with my husband and kids in the car and honestly was spooked out! ;)

Main floor of this house is now in pretty rough shape with lots of holes. At least it's not a full basement underneath but still, be careful.
Nice take on the place, Dave. I visited again last weekend on a tour down Erie way. I see you opened the little door upstairs...quite the disaster behind it!
There is only a basement under the back addition (I am pretty sure)...the hole at the bottom of the stairs I believe is just a raised floor but still sketchy to drop through. The upper is pretty solid but you can tell the wood is becoming less dense and I'd still be very careful. And thanks!
@ phrenzee...thanks! You and the significant other would enjoy this spot. Nice natural decay.
I was at this location today. Great natural decay and minimal vandalism. I'd recommend this for a fm location.
Was there today. I found out i know the owners of the land so will likely go explore more at some point :)
I'm glad to see this is still standing. I saw some photos of this place a couple of years ago. Thanks for posting.
this looks like a really interesting house. I may have to go visit this one.
