Sold Out on Lakeshore

Passed this place one day on the way to Marie Curtis Park. Features not one but two buildings right on Lakeshore. One is an empty, mostly boarded up residence full of cob webs and the other is an empty commercial building that was used for a time as a condo sales office. Not too exciting but both locations have been sitting vacant, open (residence) and empty for years. Two of the three hydro meters have been removed but the remaining meter showed no electrical activity. One thing I found interesting was there was a bed made out of towels in one of the bedrooms and a bunch of red tea lights beside it. How romantic. I lived in Port Credit as a wee lad but was too young to remember what the commercial space originally was so if anyone knows that would be great. Full member due to the lack of interior vandalism or scavenging.
