Duffy's Demise

I'm surprised that this house is not already a location since it's been this way for (I'm guessing) many many years. It looks as if the main house had burnt to the ground (or some crappy kids had their way with it.) There is an overgrown tennis court that belonged with the house. There's also a pool and a shed. The pool was completely frozen over so I took my chances and went skating for a bit. The house has very little to no remaining value and there's no safe way of getting inside. Or into the basement.. Whichever.
