Sweaburg warehouse

It''s not a ware house. It was supposed to be a tim hortons and what ever but some one built that bigger truck stop behind it so this location never went anywhere... the building is like 2 rooms and viewable through windows and no entry needed or really even worth it. It''s still partialy gravel floor in it if I remember correctly. It was easy access ,just park at the TA and walk down .

Owner is still trying to sell this property, for $2,425,000.

Someone's not thinking. More storage and or trade show use or a flea market.....
