White house on Retro Boogie. On google it shows a few out buildings as well but at the property there is no sign of them at all. It's a busy location but set far enough off the road that you should be fine once you get up around or inside the house. Not to much going on here, seems it was recently abandoned calendar dated 2011 was on the couch. I have no info on the history of this location if anyone finds anything let me know and I will update.

Glad to see someone else is exploring on a bike!!!! I swear it is one of the most underrated but vital pieces of rurex exploring equipment out there. If it wasn't for biking to locations to avoid detection, there are dozens of locations I would never have been able to photograph and post.
thanks after seeing all the signs for a dog I am glad it was abandoned, and it kinda is exposed. There is a nice group of bush's that are really thick about half way down the driveway, that's where I stashed my bike and made a dash for the house.
Congrats on discovering that this place WAS abandoned like you thought! Great great gallery, very entertaining. A bit of everything and photographed well. I like the closeups! It is surprising how exposed this house actually is once right up to it. Your shots seem like the entire property is up on a hill a bit.
