About this location
I think everyone recalls getting gas at this place in the 1970s and 1980s when it was open. I recall stopping here a lot on our way to our first cottage..It really is a good location for a gas station, but sadly it has sat dead for years.

According to Google Streetview, it was open in 2009. Shell gas station and "Gulls' Nest" restaurant.
Went passed here today. I thought any gas station that went out of business the pumps had to be removed. Provincial or Federal Law?
I can remember stopping for breakfast, it gave a literal meaning to the greasy spoon.

This place was open in the 90's through early 2000 no? I have scrambled memories of a couple of breakfasts on the way to the cottage when I was younger.. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me..
