About this location

Corner of West Mall and Burnhamthorpe. This one is "goin'down". The developer sign is out front and it is surrounded by a 5 foot fence.There is a second house in the same compound but it had prison like bars on the doors and windows.Whether to keep people in or out I don't know. Decay has set in real bad (Good) and there's lots of graffiti and vandalism. I hate it when you have to crawl through a small basement window, banging your knee and scraping your arm only to find out when you go upstairs that the front door is wide open. It's on a busy street and I went during rush hour so I didn't stay too long. Left it as full member as the approach is difficult but once you're on the property it is overgrown with lots of cover.
