About this location
I could not find anything about this house. I would assume that the land was some kind of a severance from the Patterson (Ghost town) property. Everything is locked up tight. There is lots of junk lying around, but almost looks like construction dumping. I have been curious about this house, now I know. Not really much to see since it is so very overgrown. There is a cool stream on the property if you dare to try to get to it. There is so much greenery that there could be unknown things lurking. Take care.

ah... my very very first urbex. smoked weed here many years ago and greened out on the way to wonderland. good times
