About this location
I'm not sure how old this 'Sivern's Custom Upholstery' building is or how long it has been vacant but it looks like a nice gem of a location.
I found this one when I returning from another site and although it was freezing cold out I had to check it out.
It's sealed up fairly tightly with only one potential POE. I did plan a second visit but haven't made it back yet.
