This place has been demolished.

Unfortunately Le Studio was fully demolished in October of 2020. And the property was cleaned up and later put up for sale in 2021. There were a few things left like the Rush flag, some chairs, and the raft where Neil Peart and his drum kit where for the photo where he is playing on a lake. There were also a few doors left as well. That was back in 2021 though so I'm not sure if it is still there.

Can someone change it to demolished?

This and the house across the street have been demolished. I'm not sure when but I know it was a while ago.

This Building was demolished sometime in the summer. I think August. When I went I found some really old glass bottles there that they dug up which was cool! They have also started building a new one last time I saw.

I have been there a few times recently, after trying to do some more research I found this site. The entire building is unlocked now, was able to get the lights turned back on in the main building (Please turn the off when you leave). Access to the middle part of the tower is a lot easier to get to because I have left a ladder I found on the big tank under the conveyor belt. Both floors of the main building are accessible now ( go up the ladder between the main building and the tower and take the door on your right. Lots of cool stuff inside, but in bad shape, bring a flashlight as I have not got all lights working. Let me know how it goes!

As of today Nov 12th, the last building (Doctor's Residence) was demolished.

From what I’ve heard, this place is almost fully done demolition. Sad to see such a classic go.
