Abandoned small apartment building in Toronto.
Tightly boarded up, but has been entered and visited by vandals at some point.
Tall grass and weeds have overtaken the grounds.
The city has placed several compliance orders on the front entrance.
There is an entrance on the side that is secure, (but maybe not that secure for the ambitious and brave!).

UPDATE: I visited, the front door is completely bricked off, along with the side window which used to be a POE. The site now has construction equipment on it, and is fully gated, preparing for demolition

Accessed this spot back in April. Went back the other night only to come across a fence and demolition equipment. Unfortunate as it was my favourite spot!
Me and a couple buddies went inside a few weeks back, when we were leaving a guy started chasing us and we had to run far up the road to lose him. Very cool spot but explore at your own risk.
Checking it out later this week, will update on whether or not side entrance is still open defs won’t be going in tho as it looks sus
pls tell me if it is i still wanna try and get into this building

Was here recently, side entrance is open. 2 commonly used roads overlook the entrance along with several homes. It also smells horrible and is full of hazards everywhere.
Me and my friends went today, we brought a hammer that really helped us get in. We went around back and used the hammer to pry open one of the wooden boards then we smashed the window with a rock. The inside was very cool I'd recommend going in!

Does anyone know the story of this building? Why it's abandoned and for how long? It's the type of place I'd like to see fixed up and running again.
Still locked up sadly :'(( The only way I imagine you can go in is if you brought rope and climbed to the third balconey
It's still boarded up, i was there earlier today. There possibly is a way in but i'll have to go back on my next day off and check again. As mentioned the side door is a possible entrance as part of the board was ripped off but i personally don't like to break things to get in places. I'll leave that for the people brave enough to do so

Wow so cool you found this spot. I lived 5 minutes from here and used to go there every day. The inside was cool but there was alot of damage.
You'll need to rotate some of your photos so they comply with the laws of both physics and gravity.
