Delivered some farm tractors here today. Land is owned by Bayford Sod Farms now. Apparently this place was abandoned in the late 60s and the owner leased the land.

Was by here today. For sale signs up on the property and a utility trailer belonging to the township was parked at the end of the driveway. Township workers said the plan is to have the property sold and ready for development by next spring. Maybe it's the Honda Transmission Plant they've been talking about since the dawn of time...

I drive through here all the time. Had no idea this was abandoned. Always thought it was a house that was just rundown. Always thought'd it's be a nice place to fix up.

The land around it is actively farmed by the farmer across the road (who I believe owns it). But I think there was talk of them tearing it down, if it's not already gone.

I have this water bed!

Very surprised they left this. Valuable tractor. more than likely gone by now.
