Just off of Truck Bypass

Was by here today. For sale signs up on the property and a utility trailer belonging to the township was parked at the end of the driveway. Township workers said the plan is to have the property sold and ready for development by next spring. Maybe it's the Honda Transmission Plant they've been talking about since the dawn of time...

Don't know why, but I'm very fond of locations with nothing more than raised foundations. That horseshoe pile was a neat find.

I work across the road from this place, pass it every day. There was an abandoned house and barn here up until about five years ago, when both burnt down, mysteriously within a week of each other. Rumour has it that the owner was holding out to sell to developers, and when his other business interests where suffering, the mystery/insurance fires occurred. Likely blamed on teenagers.
