Old house on 10th line near Grand Valley. The owner drove by and didn't mind me taking pictures as long as I didn't go in it. The house has already shifted. I DO NOT recommend entering this house. It's next shift will likely be a collapse.
Came across this passing through Grand Valley. Right on the main street in town. Couldn(a)t find any info on it.
White siding over red insulbrick farmhouse beside Luther Marsh Conservation Area. A half collapsed barn, old outbuilding, camper trailer and old car, and a newer large steel building. The land around the property is still farmed and their equipment is stored in the locked newer building. The barn and other large shed are unexplored.
Roof of the house has two large holes in it. Some black mold in spots and dryrot. This place will start looking better in a few years. Most recent date I saw was a 2004 phone book and 2005 day planner.
There is still power to the house, the small freezer was on.
I arrived here near dusk so it was a flash only explore.
There is a no trespassing sign but you can park at the conservation area parking lot and it's a 10 min walk to the house.
