Area is not gated anymore and fairly easy to get into, however the property itself is covered in glass. The main path that goes through the middle is almost completely covered in broken glass.

Place definitely looks untouched by humans, was very overgrown, however there was a ton of ticks, everywhere.

My friend used to live near this area and said that the guy across the street from this location used to own a boat, we believe that the boat at this location is that exact same boat.

Small wooden shack by the road, looks like there was 2 of them at one point but the other is collapsed

Glad I went when it was still snowy. Hope you guys checked yourselves a bunch after that! What'd the trailers smell like? They were already pretty rank when I was there a few months back, and I can't imagine them now.

the trailers smelled awful, especially in the hall, very musky and hard to breathe, im glad we brought respirators. we checked for ticks everywhere but unfortunately my friend was bitten in the neck by one, she seems to be alright though, she got it out quickly.

we can also confirm that yes, there is coyotes, we saw coyote scat by a bush and as we got closer, heard growling from the bushes.
