Gate at the entrance was locked with a very rusty chain so I assumed the place had not been entered in a long time. Two trailers, the first one about 4 times the size of the second, two very old looking speedboats and the ruins of an old brick house with old toys and golf clubs littered throughout it. In the large trailer I found over 50 old cassette video tapes each numbered with days starting at 1 and going up to around 50. I did a bit of research on this place and I think the owner of the property is cynthia lynch but who can be so sure.

The story behind this place is tragic. The owner of the property divorced her husband and he then started terrorizing her verbally and financially. During the court case, he sent her threatening emails which lead her and her children to be put in protective custody in the united states. There was a happy ending though, as she has moved on and made a life for herself in toronto once again! As for the barn, it was demolished in 2015(if i remember correctly) after being rejected as a heritage site. I believe the trailers were put there in 2002-2003, and abandoned around 2004. All of this information is public but ive personally chosen not to share the names of the people involved or state she was put in.

Just visited this site today, and it looks pretty much the same as when you visited, although there isn't a gate anymore.
