Perfect preservation

We visited this location during a larger urban exploration trip we weren't sure we were going to be capable of finding it, as the reception in Cavan Monaghan is almost non-existent. The site is located on a public nature trail, although we almost missed it because it is not marked well from the road. As we approxched the bridge, we found four old wooden train sleepers along the trail, which was presuamably an old train route. The train track has been removed and relocated to a slightly more urban area, which resulted it the Millbrook Nature Trail. The bridge is hidden from the trail, but it is easy to hear and see the water on either side of it which serve as a marker of the location. The bridge is an immense work of art, and the stream is crystal clear. One side of the bridge has more public trails, while the other is labelled as private property. There is a cornerstone on either side of the bridge, although we were not able to make out very much of what it said. This spot is beautiful and easy to access if you can make it down the steep hill to the stream below.
