Regardless of the view, to give up a lake front property, must have really been putrid & you said it's still bad, wow.

I don't think anyone got compensated for anything in the 70's! I'd like to be compensated for time lost watching Bob Newhart :P

I wonder if they received any compensation or if community just said, 'Too bad, this is where the plant is putting their conveyor'. A shame.
