this could possibly be an abandoned area of the neighouring stoneybrook recreation field (which is still active so be cautious of being seen when visiting)
the area i explored was about one hectare of space. there is a small shed with some trash inside of it, a small pool, a tennis court, and a couple benches.
the deck by the pool felt a little shaky when i was there so make sure to proceed with caution if you decide to go.
it was recently proposed to build a mcdonalds here, but the development was declined due to this area being at high risk for flooding.
