$FUR the RICH with GREEN$

Looks like more condos coming on the same corner as several other locations. Former home of Green Bros Fur Manufacturers as well as the RICH nightclub (formerly LOT 332 nightclub) There was a lot more to this block a few weeks back but I snoozed and missed an entire section which is already gone. Maybe what sits here at this moment will be saved similar to many buildings in the area where they build the condos right on top of these old school warehouses. It looks like some preservation equipment sits inside. It will soon be "Gloss Condos". I'm sure you will need a lot of GREEN to buy one and they will be only FUR the RICH so the history of this stretch will at least be preserved. Snare, snare, cymbal. ;)
