About this location
I'm not sure if this is part of Weaver Park or just right next to it, I can't find any history on this place, it just appears to be an old forgotten lawn bowling court. It even has lights, though I doubt they work. According to historical imagery on Google Earth, this little square of wooded area hasn't changed much since 1934.

No name. I grew up right beside here. A bunch of pipe-smoking old Italian guys, all with various different resemblances to Geppetto, built this place and met here for bocce every day. Kind of sad... they're all long gone.

Nice...the only thing missing is the headstones and then we have a party!! Dare we imagine?? Maybe those old Italians are buried in that pit somewhere!
