About this location
Former Tecumseh water treatment plant on the (former) Ganatchio trail. Built in the 1960s. Deemed redundant when "in November 2004, Windsor Utilities Commission, the City of Windsor and the Town of Tecumseh reached an agreement under which WUC and the City of Windsor agreed to supply all current and future water needs to the Town of Tecumseh for a period of 50 years." Consequently demolished in 2013.
