One of the many neglected buildings near victoria island, this appears to be some sort of loading dock or refueling station. There's definitely some interesting things here such as never ending pipes and abandoned shipping crates (neglected to go inside one). The place is pretty easy to get to with only some un barbed fences in the way but for the more robust you can probably use garbage to help you climb in or out. I'm not sure how active the sites ahead of this one are but my guess is that they are at least supervised. The only thing I would worry about is that the building is visible from a sidewalk but is very overgrown. I didn't run into any trouble here and it's an easier trip than the board mill. if you get discouraged.

Property is fenced off as it was bought by Zibi. However, there are long pipes in some sort of birdges running underneath Rue Eddy and Chaudiere crossing that can be access if you aren't scared of climbing downwards... Pictures to come.
It is in quebec but it is in hull and part of the same facility that straddles the ottawa river with half of it in ontario and half in quebec. It's technically in quebec but still just as easy to get to as any ottawa location if not more so than if you're in the downtown area. As for viewer discretion i'm not sure how to change that. There's nothing particularly graphic or dangerous

The loading bay is demolished. All that's left are refurbished pipes along the Chaudiere bridge where the old pipe network once was. The area has been completely revamped with apartments, office buildings, and an accessible waterfront, all of which was built by Zibi.
