GB House

This home appears to be in good shape, especially from the outside. The only noticeable signs of abandonment are the overgrown lawn and the Possible Land Use Change sign. Most of the paper left behind (bank receipts, insurance claim paperwork, letters from the school board etc.) date back to around 2007 but it could have been lived in as recently as 2010. The plan for the property as of 2013 is a mixed-use commercial and residential plaza featuring high-rise apartments as well as office and retail space, and as such the house will likely be demolished in the near future.
