NEAT Farmhouse

Sometimes when you take shortcuts with renovations it will always cost you more in the end. Just ask Mike Holmes. If all you're doing is covering old crap with new material, the old crap always wins in the end. I think that's what happened here. The house is rotting from the inside out. Right from the basement to the top floor. It looks really nice, but beauty is only skin deep.. I rescued 2 black birds that were stuck on the top floor. I thought it was raccoons upstairs with all the noise they were making flying around banging into windows. I opened a door to the top balcony and they eventually made their way out. There is an unopened bottle of vodka and liquer in the kitchen. Although the house has gone neglected, someone does care about it and cuts the grass occasionally. And there is still power to the house..
