Follow the White-ish Rabbit

This place has a very old and worn out "for sale" sign at the driveway.
It looks like the smallest, roughest looking house outside... like it's just an old run down shed or something..

It's definitely been abandoned for a VERY long time.
When you go inside the odour will hit you like a tonne of bricks. There's tons of cobwebs and thick layers of dust coating every wall, surface and crevice possible.
It's tiny.
It's still fully furnished... all the dishes are still there, along with wine bottles, photos, clothing, all the little knick knacks... there's even old food on the floor and counter.... VERY OLD.

The little white shed is full of fishing tackle... some are still in the packages.

There are trails throughout the back leading to various ponds and sheds. I didn't explore the entire property, but I could see some kind of kennels in some spots. Randomly placed picnic tables and bird houses. The stop sign as you walk toward the trails makes me think the property was used for more than just personal use.

I saw a beaver in one of the ponds. It's quite a beautiful piece of property other than the eye sore of a house.
