The garage is accessible currently, but is a tight squeeze (might not be doable for anyone who is larger)

House is no longer accessible as all POEs have been boarded up as of November 2022.

House is easy to get in via an open window around the side. The garage itself is sealed but a POE exists through a hole in the top of the wall, reachable via climbing an old cinderblock wall (be careful) House is absolutely wrecked, not much inside besides old kitchen appliances and shattered glass. Would not recommend more than 1 person at a time in rooms upstairs. Full of mold and dust so a mask is recommended.

Went here in July 2021. Very easy to spot. The garage itself is pretty sealed off but the house beside it has a broken window to get in. The easiest way in is going behind the 2 buildings and walking through the grass. I would definitely recommend wearing masks as there was some black mold and everything in the house looks very dated. Was a great find!
