Power To Durham

By the looks of things, this property was utilized by the Region of Durham, but now sits vacant, surrounded by suburbia. There is limited access to the main building, although you do need to be a little creative to find it. The outbuildings are easily accessible.

Getting to the property POE also takes some perseverance, but is worth the time. There is a fence running around the location, and the driveway is gated and locked. You will need to be careful if you take the frontal approach, as there are houses right across the street.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a lot of history about this location. Any input is appreciated.
