Now under construction. Looks to be almost done now too..

When I went, I saw an open door around the back, and things seemed pretty tidy and neat in there. I Walked around from, to see people in full HAZMAT suit-type outfits removing what looked like insulation and asbestos. I decided not to go back in, seeing as it was seemingly under construction...

LOL! I like the "come in" sign .. not something you see too often on abandoned buildings. :P

This place is totally abandoned by the looks of it, but the NCC building and a city of ottawa truck yard thing are right next to it. It's in a fairly active location leading to the parkway, and across the street from a park, so getting in might not be hard, as there's open windows easily accessible all over the place, but people would no doubt see you go in.
