About this location

This place was vacated due to a major fire that gutted the upstairs. Theres a fence all around the perimeter of the house, which makes it tricky to get in. I did find a weakness at the side of the house which allowed me to crawl underneath the fence and get inside. There was garbage and personal items all over the floor, and I'm pretty sure the basement was flooded, but I don't know that for certain.
