About this location
Most people and myself included have thought this was an old Radio Station that could have broadcasted 80s glam rock. But recently I have found out that the building was originally constructed sometime between 1976 and 1978 by Sheehan and Rogers Realty. After that in the 80s or 90s it was used by What's Up Niagara Magazine. I'm not sure when it was abandoned but I have heard it has been for around 30 years. In 2022 the property was listed for sale as development land. The property totals around 110 acres. It features both Highway Commercial (43 acres) and Agricultural (67 acres) zoning.
