Exterior photos from 2015, prior and during demolition. This was a beautiful and dark property in Woodfield. It was demolished in 2015 to make way for a condo, that still has yet to be built in 2018. It is unfortunate this house was clearly owned by a slumlord as there was no maintenance (paint, unsafe porch, poor roof) done in many, many years prior to the sale to the now-developer.
