About this location
Sitting vacant awaiting demolition is this gorgeous, huge home, 4000 sq ft to be exact. new development will soon take its place and it will be like this place was never even built. it was built in 1987. the inside has been stripped of the kitchen counters, doors and trim. even the bathrooms have been mostly salvaged apart.

This house is now completely boarded up with no entry. The pool even has plywood covering it. No need to get chased away with a baseball bat now. There was also a 'for sale' sign stating the home and contents would only cost you $99,000.
