And now, as I JUST passed it, there was one and a half walls left. GONE.

Since before I first went here, the side stairs to the upper unit were chopped off and on the inside of the lower unit (by the front door). 2 units on the lower floor. The side with the lopped off stairs also includes the basement. Oh so moldy it was, so it can ONLY be worse.

This is right by my house, I've been keeping a close eye on it. Cops were there frequently over the winter kicking homeless people out of the garage, and out from under the back porch area. Someone broke in at one point through a side window because it's 100% boarded up now. Last week there were several private security company trucks in the lot, and several people milling about around the house. It's up for lease now.

I see a numbered company paid a pretty penny for this place 2 years ago, perhaps they wanted it more for the 1 acre of land
