1 Million sq. ft. factory. Closed in 2008. It employed 1500 workers. When it closed it was known as Kitchener Frame.

2014 - there is much less left to see, but there is still some.

This is classified as demolished but for all intensive purposes, Schniders Meats is demolished as well. There are 2 mass warehouse type buildings (now that ALMOST ALL equipment has been taken out. There is a basement in both buildings and it wouldnt surprise me if they connect underground and link the buildings as it was once a MUCH MUCH larger complex. On the side of the building closest to Bleams, there is a fluid storage tank on the side of the building. The bottom is flooded with what looks to be hydraulic fluid and has a VERY pungent fragrance to it. The green gnarly water flooding the basement also has a funky smell. Gutted, both buildings. Some interesting but short catwalks. Catwalk to the roof is chained shut. This place appears to be a chemical disaster. Much like many places. It still has 24HR security. Before we entered the property, I had noticed a silver sedan driving on the road that cuts thru. Never made too much of an attempt to be stealth and didnt get bothered by them. TheEasyKayBreezy and I went back later on in the night and I shot the other building and we had a bit of a scare as the security guard drove back to the side I originally saw them come from hours earlier. Seems they go back and fourth. I cant see them driving on the freshly worked land. Not sure if this is being repurposed or if its being demolished. ALARMS CHECKED OFF FOR THE SAKE OF 24HR SECURITY.
