Bayside Mall

Former two story shopping mall with skylights, food court and underground parking garage. Other points of interest include a large decorative clock and indoor pond with water fountain. I've visited here a few times in the past when it was more active and housed the Service Ontario. In recent years it has sat 90 % or more vacant with less than a handful of businesses left until its sale and purchase was completed. With redevelopment being approved recently there has been some demolition taking place on site where two new towers are being constructed.
