Chatham Waterworks & Greenhouses

On my radar for some time now but typically sealed tightly, the former Chatham Waterworks building has became a hot spot so to speak of as of recently. A couple suspicious fires here have drawn a lot of heat to the property and within the last week, the old brick building was demolished. This left only the green houses standing, unfortunately this is where the needle pokers like to hang out and do their dope so they should have done the neighborhood a solid and cleared the whole lot. Didn't look like there was much left here even before the fires but it could have been a nice place at one time.
