Hazards
There is a hole in the ground where the building used to be, it's filled with dirty water and rubbish. The ground is crumbling away around the edge. There is broken glass, sharp objects, etc.
About this location
When driving down 43 on the North side of the road there is a moment that if you blink you'll miss it, but you might see a couple of old lights protruding from the trees, and in the little clearing you can see for a moment an open expanse of asphalt.

Gas Station?
Saw this all the time while driving places and decided to visit it finally. Not sure what it used to be but looks like it was possibly an gas station, but by a sign I saw maybe also sold autoparts.
