swung by the other day with some friends, the building is in the process of being demo’d. if you wanna check this place out i’d recommend doing so before it’s too late

Just went today POE is very easy to get through it's just really hidden. Btw theirs clearly a homeless dude that lives there their was a couch, a bed, desk, chair, etc. The guy had a whole room. Also easy access to roof.
has anybody been able to find a point of entry? i want to see this location soon. i ask because the north side looks boarded up, possibly someone's been through.
